About Us

After years of contemplation, co-owners Joe Brisgone and Becky Fisher took a leap of faith and launched Twisted Pita in 2023. 

Inspired by the bold flavors of classic shawarma and falafel, they created a unique menu with their own flavorful TWIST. 

Everything is homemade with fresh, quality ingredients to offer unprocessed, wholesome options for everyone. We proudly serve gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian choices, alongside our juicy chicken shawarma, slow-cooked on a traditional vertical split.

With several varieties of house-made tahini sauces and warm, friendly service, we strive to make every food truck visit memorable for decades to come.
